Refund Policy

Cancellation of Payment: If you miss informing us within 24 hours of the transaction, we will still process your refund. However, the refund will be issued within 60 days from the date of the investment.

Refunds: If you request a refund within 24 hours of making the investment, it will be processed within 60 days from the transaction date.

Exceptions: In case of technical issues or special circumstances, each case will be reviewed individually.

Account Deletion Policy

Steps to Request Account Deletion:

  2. Include the following details:
    • Your registered mobile number
    • Your customer ID
  3. Our team will verify your request and confirm deletion.
Once verified, your account and associated data will be deleted within 60 days of notice, subject to all checks and clearance.
Data Deleted:
  • Personal identification details (name, mobile number, customer ID)
  • Account login credentials
  • App usage history linked to your account
Data Retained:
  • Transaction and financial records (as per compliance)
  • Audit logs and regulatory data
  • Data required to fulfill legal obligations or dispute resolution

Retained data is kept only for legally mandated periods and is not used for any other purpose.
